Mahes’ first yoga class fascinated her so much that 7 years later, she’s still humbled and in awe of all that she has gained through her practice. Having completed her Yoga Alliance RYT 200, Mahes loves creating creative sequences, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. She hopes that her students step off the mat feeling refreshed and balanced.
YMARA
Ymara Couwenberg-Sharma is a yoga practitioner initially from Amsterdam, the Netherlands, currently based in Singapore with her husband and seven-month-old daughter. As a passionate secondary school teacher, organizing yoga classes for adults and children felt only natural after finishing her teacher training. She can offer vinyasa, kids, pre-and postnatal yoga through her one-woman start-up.
SONG YING
Song Ying left the corporate world pursuing Yoga for its health benefits, dedicating more than 700 hours of Hatha teacher training in Asana, Pranayama, Dhyana, and Mindfulness. He became a happier, healthier, stronger and better yoga practitioner daily.
Influenced and guided by Yoga mentors, teachers and gurus, his teaching style is based on compassion (Karuna), equanimity (Upeksa) and holding space (Akasha), guiding students to train their body, mind and breath to explore their best expression of Asanas, supporting their every practice with joy, peace and progression.

BEXEN
Bexen came into Yoga looking for a way to improve his posture in meditation but he quickly fell in love with the Ashtanga method and developed a daily practice. Wanting to deepen his connection with Yoga, he moved to Mysore, India, to study under the guidance of Yogacharya Vijay Kumar and eventually became one of his assistant teachers.
During his time there, he also followed an RYS 300 TTC in an ashram, where he learned and practiced traditional yoga including meditation, pranayama, kriyas, and chants.
Bexen can teach and combine a variety of styles but his favorites are Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin. He also holds a passion for Aerial yoga and Sound bath meditation. During his classes he likes to pay special attention to the basics, making sure that everyone develops a strong foundation that will put them in the best position to build a safe, long-lasting practice, avoiding injuries, and making progress easier and more fun.
He really enjoys drinking Mate, a traditional South-American tea, if you’re curious about it, ask him and he will tell you all about it!
MIN YI
Growing up as a kid, physical exercise was initially not part of Min Yi ‘s lifestyle. However she steadily progressed from hiking to the discovery of martial arts, first Muay Thai, then moved on to Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Finally practiced powerlifting. There was not a day without some form of workout since.
The hectic yet mostly sedentary office lifestyle brought on for Min Yi to all kinds of health issues. She decided to create a fresh perspective in the fitness world. Building on a naturally flexible body, Min Yi found a new love in practicing yoga.
After getting certified to be a yoga trainer by Yoga Alliance (RYS 200), Min Yi focuses on conducting customized group yoga lessons for folks doing cross fit and also community yoga classes for people from all walks of life. Min Yi has is a certified ACE personal trainer & therefore to better understand how to guide others to exercise safely and plan personalized programs to suit the individual’s needs and abilities.

You will not miss her when she is around the corner, her voice & laughter always fills the room but don’t be fooled. Dwi’s class is challenging and she is firm but there are always options and fun for all levels of students. Dwi is a very experienced teacher and she approaches her teaching based on her own practice.
Dwi practices Ashtanga, and she practices at her own pace. The consistent Ashtanga practice gives her time to build her strength based on her own body type. If you are in pop by, get to know Dwi.
Her Certification: As Director of the studio, Dwi also strive to provide great experiences and is also developing yoga & sports retreats to neighbouring countries such as Indonesia and Cambodia.

As a chef, Inge finds love and patience to create a beautiful and tasty plate of food. As a yoga teacher, Inge curates the class to allow each student to feel & have a taste of their body. Our body is our temple, if we nourish it with tender loving care through yoga it will flourish like a beautiful flower.
Inge practices Gokul yoga and all types of yoga as she is still exploring and thinks yoga is a lifelong journey of discovering new things and adventures. In a few months and if you are lucky, you will experience Inge’s beautiful singing bowls sound healing in her classes.
