A: Yes, beginners are welcome in most of our classes. We also offer specific classes designed for beginners, we focus on basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, and body alignment. Always inform your teacher about your experience level before starting the class. 

A: We recommend bringing a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a towel. If you don’t have a mat, don’t worry; we have mats available for use at our studio. It’s also a good idea to wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. 

A: The frequency of practice depends on your personal goals and schedule. Even one class a week can help you experience the benefits of yoga. Three or more sessions a week can be beneficial if you want to improve more rapidly If you want to improve more rapidly, three or more sessions a week can be beneficial.

A: Our studio offers a range of yoga styles, including Hatha(Basic – Intermediate),and ,. Vinyasa (Basic – Intermediate), Yin yang, Yin Yoga, Yin yoga & Singing bowl, Hastha (signature sequence). You can find detailed descriptions of these styles on our “Classes” page…. 

A: If you have a medical condition or injury, please consult your doctor before starting a yoga practice. Once you have their approval, inform your yoga instructor about your condition before class, and they can help modify poses to accommodate your needs. 

A: Absolutely! If you are a regular practitioner/sport, you can join any an hour yoga practice. For first-timer Yoga/sport, we recommend you such classes: Yin yoga, Yin Yang, Gentle Vinyasa, and Hatha with props. 

A: While yoga can support weight loss by boosting metabolism and promoting a healthy lifestyle, it should not be considered solely as a weight loss program. Yoga’s primary benefits are improving flexibility, strength, and mental wellness. 

A: Yes, we do offer private yoga sessions. These can benefit you with be beneficial if you have specific goals or require more personalised attention. For pricing and scheduling, please get in touch with our staff.

CUSTOMER WAIVER:

i) Membership: Any packages are not refundable nor exchangeable

ii) Booking class: Cancellation 4 hours before the class start. No-shows will be counted as one class. You can book 1 hour before the class starts as long there is availability.

iii) Rent studio: cancellation is 24 hours in advance with a 50% refund—change of booking 12 hrs as soon as available.

iv) Private class: is not refundable but can be exchanged.

v) Members must come on time or a minimum of 5 minutes earlier before the classes start. Students come up to 5 minutes after the classes start; the teacher can refuse them to join the class and count as one credit minus.

vi) We appreciate your feedback that helps us to improve our services; however, we value our teachers as educators and maintain a positive vibe among teachers and students. Therefore, we have the right to reject any negative vibe/disrespect us as the service provider.
