Our Strong Class is designed to help you deepen your practice with a focus on Inversions, Arm Balances, and Back Bending. Whether you're experienced or ready to challenge yourself, this class offers expert guidance to build strength, confidence, and flexibility.
Inversions: Discover the power of balance through headstands, handstands, and more as you learn to trust yourself in these uplifting poses.
Arm Balances: Develop core and arm strength with poses like Crow and Flying Pigeon, progressing safely and steadily.
Back Bending: Open your heart and spine with foundational to advanced backbends, including Wheel and King Pigeon, enhancing flexibility and releasing tension.

S-t-r-e-t-c-h Class
Unwind and restore with Stretch, a 60-minute yoga class designed to help you achieve deeper poses and ultimate relaxation using full-on props. This class incorporates chairs, bolsters, straps, blankets, and blocks to support your body and enhance flexibility while ensuring proper alignment. Join us every Wednesday 07.30 PM, exclusively for members, and experience a carefully curated sequence to release tension, improve mobility, and deepen your practice. Whether you're looking to complement your current routine or focus on gentle stretching, Stretch is the perfect way to recharge your body and mind for the week ahead.
