Sound healing

Yin and Sound Healing

Why are we combining Yin with Sound Bath? Sound & vibration is one of the most natural forms of healing. It brings relaxation and peace and rejuvenates our bodies. The intense vibration surrounding our body will release any emotional tensions or stress, bringing us towards our meditative state. The sound bath will enhance the Yin practice. Be prepared to walk out from the practice feeling RELAX, HAPPY, and Recharged
