Aly

VINYASA I Inside flow I Yin Yoga I Hatha

Inspired by various schools of thought, I gravitated towards therapeutic, adaptable yoga practices that shaped my teaching style. I specialise in yoga therapeutics, having trained with Yoga Medicine's Tiffany Cruikshank (500HR YTT) and studied Yin Yoga under Paul Grilley. These teachings enhanced my understanding of anatomy and transformed my approach to creating accessible, functional classes.

Marilyn

Restorative | Theta Gong Bath

Marilyn’s first yoga class was a yin yoga class. The calming effects of a yin practice intrigued her, which led her to pursue teacher trainings to understand the power of slowing down. In class, Marilyn sees herself as a facilitator gently helping her students achieve a deeper awareness of their body and mind, whether it is through a sweaty vinyasa flow or a zen restorative class. Restorative and Gong Bath are her favourite classes to teach because she personally experienced how they bring healing and stillness to the body and mind. Slowing down is an aspect of life that many have forgotten; Marilyn teaches to remind others (and herself!) to slow down and stay in the moment.
