Ashtanga Basic

This dynamic class comprises the classical form of Vinyasa yoga as taught in its traditional fix sequence. It combines power and flexibility with the movement, band and breath to produce an energetic and detoxifying practice.

During this practice, introduction of sun salute type A & B for a start continued with legs sequence and introduction of sitting poses, lying down and finishing sequences. Suitable for beginner who never done any ashtanga sequence before.

Ashtanga 1

ASHTANGA 1

This dynamic class comprises the classical form of Vinyasa yoga as taught in its traditional fix sequence. It combines power and flexibility with the movement, band and breath to produce an energetic and detoxifying practice.

The ashtanga opening chant is an intrinsic part of this practice. During this practice, the primary and finishing sequence are shortened.

Suitable for students with previous Vinyasa or ashtanga experience.

Full Led Primary Series (Ashtanga Sequence) Not for Beginners

The Full Led Primary Series in Ashtanga Yoga is a comprehensive and energetic practice that guides students through the complete sequence of the Ashtanga Primary Series. This practice includes Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar A and B), the Fundamental Asanas (standing postures), the Primary Series (a sequence of seated and supine postures), and the Closing Sequence (including inversions and relaxation). The Full Led Primary Series is known for its ability to generate heat within the body, detoxifying muscles and organs. It's a challenging practice that requires strength, flexibility, and concentration. It is recommended for individuals who understand Ashtanga basics well and are ready for a more demanding practice.

OPEN PRACTICE (Mysore Style/Ashtanga)

This dynamic class comprises the classical form of Vinyasa yoga as taught in its traditional fix sequence. It combines power and flexibility with the movement, band and breath to produce an energetic and detoxifying practice.

Half primary + Half intermediate Ashtanga yoga

PREREQUISITE : Must regular Ashatanga Primary Series. This is not a beginner class or less than a 1-year practitioner. Students must be familiar with the primary series required for this practice. It is moving up from the primary series of Ashtanga to intermediate. Half primary until navasana and will continue with intermediate asana up to Kapotasana. This practice requires intense focus on breathing while holding the asana. Remember for this led class, the focus is not on creating a perfect pose but on levelling the energy from the beginning to the end of 90 minutes of practice. It will end with a closing sequence and headstand.
