Chow Yin Lee
Chow is a dedicated long-distance runner who discovered the transformative power of yoga nearly a decade ago. Struggling with inflexibility and stiffness from his runs, he turned to yoga as a way to enhance his physical and mental well-being. Over the years, he has found the practice to be incredibly humbling, teaching him the importance of correct breathing, which has, in turn, improved his running performance, as well as other essential life skills such as patience and focus.
Philosophy:
Chow is a firm believer in the importance of a strong foundation and correct alignment in all physical activities. This belief is rooted in his desire to enjoy sports safely and sustainably over the long term. He sees yoga as more than just a physical exercise; to him, it is a way of life that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit.
Goals:
Chow aims to continue his learning journey in yoga and share his knowledge and experiences with others. He believes that everyone can benefit from incorporating yoga into their lives and hopes to inspire others to embark on their own yoga journey.
Marilyn Loo
Marilyn’s first yoga class was a yin yoga class. The calming effects of a yin practice intrigued her, which led her to pursue teacher trainings to understand the power of slowing down.
In class, Marilyn sees herself as a facilitator gently helping her students towards a deeper awareness of their body and mind, whether it is through a sweaty vinyasa flow or a zen restorative class. Restorative and Gong Bath are her favourite classes to teach because she personally experienced how they bring healing and stillness to the body and mind. Slowing down is an aspect of life that many have forgotten; Marilyn teaches to remind others (and herself!) to slow down and stay in the moment.
Marilyn has clocked in >500 hours of training in hatha yoga, restorative yoga, yin yoga, meditation and sound healing. She is also a Level 3 Reiki-attuned practitioner and occasionally geeks out over energy work and vibrational medicine.
ALY
Inspired by various schools of thought, I gravitated towards therapeutic, adaptable yoga practices that shaped my teaching style. I specialize in yoga therapeutics, having trained with Yoga Medicine’s Tiffany Cruikshank (500HR YTT) and studied Yin Yoga under Paul Grilley. These teachings enhanced my understanding of anatomy and transformed my approach to create accessible, functional classes.
Music holds great significance in my classes, allowing for a non-verbal connection among participants. I am particularly passionate about Inside Flow, a practice where I seamlessly blend music, dance, movement, and breath. This fusion brings inspiration and transformation to my students. As a dedicated yoga teacher, I aim to share the joy and healing potential of these practices. By combining my expertise in Yoga therapeutics, Yin Yoga, and Inside Flow, I offer a harmonious space for exploration, mindfulness, and personal transformation.
Lisa-Maria Koch
Lisa’s journey in the wellness field began with her yoga practice in her twenties, initially as a form of physical exercise. Over time, her practice deepened, evolving into a pursuit of mental focus and stillness. This transformation in her yoga journey has made Lisa a compassionate and insightful instructor. Additionally, Lisa is a certified birth doula with Childbirth International (CBI), further enhancing her expertise in supporting women during the prenatal and postnatal periods.
Philosophy and Approach to Prenatal Yoga:
Lisa views prenatal yoga as an empowering tool for expectant mothers, recognizing the diverse needs during pregnancy. Her approach is twofold: helping some mothers to find softness and relaxation, and aiding others in gaining strength and resilience. Her teaching style is deeply nurturing, creating a supportive and empowering environment with an emphasis on the balance between effort and comfort.

Adapting to Physical Changes: Focusing on safe, nurturing movements to accommodate the changing body. Pelvic Region Preparation: Exercises and postures to prepare the pelvic area, facilitating a smoother birth. Managing Effects of relaxin: Educating about relaxin’s impact on joint stability and offering coping strategies. Breathing Techniques and Relaxation: Breathwork for childbirth and postnatal pelvic floor recovery.
MAHES
Mahes’ first yoga class fascinated her so much that 7 years later, she’s still humbled and in awe of all that she has gained through her practice. Having completed her Yoga Alliance RYT 200, Mahes loves creating creative sequences, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. She hopes that her students step off the mat feeling refreshed and balanced.
SONG YING
Song Ying left the corporate world pursuing Yoga for its health benefits, dedicating more than 700 hours of Hatha teacher training in Asana, Pranayama, Dhyana, and Mindfulness. He became a happier, healthier, stronger and better yoga practitioner daily.
Influenced and guided by Yoga mentors, teachers and gurus, his teaching style is based on compassion (Karuna), equanimity (Upeksa) and holding space (Akasha), guiding students to train their body, mind and breath to explore their best expression of Asanas, supporting their every practice with joy, peace and progression.
His quote, “Conscious breathing grounds you intimately with the Earth and minimizes the roller coaster life led by your fleeting thoughts.”

BEXEN
Bexen came into Yoga looking for a way to improve his posture in meditation but he quickly fell in love with the Ashtanga method and developed a daily practice. Wanting to deepen his connection with Yoga, he moved to Mysore, India, to study under the guidance of Yogacharya Vijay Kumar and eventually became one of his assistant teachers.
During his time there, he also followed an RYS 300 TTC in an ashram, where he learned and practiced traditional yoga including meditation, pranayama, kriyas, and chants.
Bexen can teach and combine a variety of styles but his favorites are Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin. He also holds a passion for Aerial yoga and Sound bath meditation. During his classes he likes to pay special attention to the basics, making sure that everyone develops a strong foundation that will put them in the best position to build a safe, long-lasting practice, avoiding injuries, and making progress easier and more fun.
He really enjoys drinking Mate, a traditional South-American tea, if you’re curious about it, ask him and he will tell you all about it!
MIN YI
Growing up as a kid, physical exercise was initially not part of Min Yi ‘s lifestyle. However she steadily progressed from hiking to the discovery of martial arts, first Muay Thai, then moved on to Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Finally practiced powerlifting. There was not a day without some form of workout since.
The hectic yet mostly sedentary office lifestyle brought on for Min Yi to all kinds of health issues. She decided to create a fresh perspective in the fitness world. Building on a naturally flexible body, Min Yi found a new love in practicing yoga.
After getting certified to be a yoga trainer by Yoga Alliance (RYS 200), Min Yi focuses on conducting customized group yoga lessons for folks doing cross fit and also community yoga classes for people from all walks of life. Min Yi has is a certified ACE personal trainer & therefore to better understand how to guide others to exercise safely and plan personalized programs to suit the individual’s needs and abilities.

DWI SISWIANTI
You will not miss her when she is around the corner, her voice & laughter always fills the room but don’t be fooled. Dwi’s class is challenging and she is firm but there are always options and fun for all levels of students. Dwi is a very experienced teacher and she approaches her teaching based on her own practice.
Dwi practices Ashtanga, and she practices at her own pace. The consistent Ashtanga practice gives her time to build her strength based on her own body type. If you are in pop by, get to know Dwi.
Her Certification: As Director of the studio, Dwi also strive to provide great experiences and is also developing yoga & sports retreats to neighbouring countries such as Indonesia and Cambodia.

INGELIN PARLINA
As a chef, Inge finds love and patience to create a beautiful and tasty plate of food. As a yoga teacher, Inge curates the class to allow each student to feel & have a taste of their body. Our body is our temple, if we nourish it with tender loving care through yoga it will flourish like a beautiful flower.
Inge practices Gokul yoga and all types of yoga as she is still exploring and thinks yoga is a lifelong journey of discovering new things and adventures. In a few months and if you are lucky, you will experience Inge’s beautiful singing bowls sound healing in her classes.
